WHAT IS IT?
Meditation is the single most important tool for self improvement. It is a form of brain training and once mastered, it is the simplest way to stay calm, no matter your surroundings.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
This usually starts off with some gentle exercise that relaxes the body and creates energy – these are suitable for complete beginners or people familiar with the practice. I then take you through various meditation techniques, some of which are similar to mindfulness and others that are based on pranayama, or yogic breathing. These can then be used in your everyday life when you need to find stillness and peace or need to reconnect to yourself.
WHO IS IT GOOD FOR?
Anyone can benefit from this practice, from seasoned meditators to complete beginners.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
You will learn more about energy and how to control its ups and downs through breath and focusing the mind. You will also find out how to concentrate the mind and find serenity in any stressful situation.
