Lemon Turmeric
This soothing hot drink is rich in Vitamin C, is a fantastic anti-oxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties.
INGREDIENTS
Juice of half an organic Lemon
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
Honey or Stevia to Taste
METHOD
Squeeze the lemon in to a cup of hot water. Add a quarter of a teaspoon of turmeric powder and Stevia or honey to taste.
Stir well and keep stirring when you drink as the turmeric has a tendency to settle.
