Maca Chai Latte
Maca Root is an adaptogen which enhances the body's natural ability to withstand and fight stress. It also promotes reproductive, sexual and menopausal health by balancing the hormones.
INGREDIENTS
1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
1 Crushed Cardamon pod
2 Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 Cup Milk (Whatever your preference)
Maple Syrup/Stevia or other natural
Sweetener if required
METHOD
Pour the milk in to a heavy based saucepan, add the cardamon, cloves and cinnamon and bring to the boil. Lower the heat and add the Maca powder, froth and remove from heat. Sweeten if you prefer or take it as it comes.
